Lennox offers gas furnaces from 80% AFUE all the way to 95% AFUE in their top of the line equipment. Lennoxs most recent high efficiency furnace,  the G-71P has a varying capacity heating system that can operate the furnace from 40% all the way 100% when the 100% operating capacity is needed. This is a very good feature that can save you on gas usage. Most manufacturers offer only two stages for heating capacity but Lennox goes a step further with this new state of the art furnace. It also keeps Lennox ahead of the curve with furnaces and this is not the first time Lennox has been ahed of the curve with high efficiency furnaces.
