York produces both commercial and residential air conditioning, heating, and other HVAC products and they are based out of York, Pennslyvania and their parent company is Johnson Controls. York also produces Luxaire and Coleman air conditioning and heating equipment and products. York is one of the few companies that sells custom colors of condensing units for both air conditioning and heat pumps. They offer industry standard warranties along with extended warranties for certain products or for an additional fee when new equipment is purchased.

York currently offers air conditioners with SEER ratings from 13 SEER to 18 SEER with either R-410A refrigerant or R-22 refrigerant. York also offers industry standard warranties available with all York HVAC equipment.

This York air conditioner is beautiful and it works good to keep my house comfortable. Going on a year since it was first installed and havent had a single problem. York is number one in my book!
