There model name include the Prestige Series for the higher to mid-range efficiency models and the Classic Series for lower efficiency to mid range efficiency models. Rheem offers industry standard warranties with better warranties the higher end Prestige Series models.

This heat pump has given me nothing but problems. I've called the contractor back several times to fix this and I don't think its fixed because my electric bill is higher now than my old system. It doesn't cool my house that well not as good as my old york air-conditioner did.
