These are installed in our office and it is always like a refrigerator in the office. I dont know who has the thermostat and there is not one on the wall but they keep it to low for my blood. I've complained to the boss but it didn't help.

Daikin is installed in my offices and they are quiet and efficient. My workers don't make complaints like they used to with the old air conditioner and heating system that had duct work.
