I only had one problem with this unit since it replaced my old gas furnace package unit that has a cracked heat exchanger. It blew a fuse and I called the contractor and he took care of it.

got this installed in a hurry when my old Rheem gas pack got a cracked heat exchanger. They came out and installed in a day. If it wasn't an emergency I would have probably selected a different higher efficient unit. This unit is okay and the price and install time was good.
