What does the 'E' in ESP stand for when refering to static pressure? In particular this relates to setting blower speed & flow rate on a furnace. Specification of [0.1" to 0.5" wc ESP]

ESP refers to the static pressure in the system where there is considered to be 0" WG. The E is for External and it is the total resistance of the fan(s) moving air in the system. I am not a tabbs guy but that is how I understand it. A tabbs engineer confirmed this for me.
